Directions for use: If you are new to our fabrics-and especially if you struggle with circulation or inflammation- we recommend an introduction period of 1-2 hours a day for the first week. Slowly increase use time up to 12 hours per day or as needed

Size Chart:

Small: (Women) 7.5-9.5 / (Men) 6-8 / Calf Size 11-14

Medium: (Women) 10-12 / (Men) 8.5-10.5 / Calf Size 13-17

Large: (Women) 12.5-14.5 / (Men) 11-13 / Calf Size 16-20

*If you are smaller than the women’s 7.5, you may still comfortable wear the socks, but the heel area may rise above the heel bulb.
