Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase! We back all items we sell and offer a 10 day (from receipt of item) money back guarantee. Unused returned items will incur a 8% stocking fee. Any special order saddles will incur a 20% return fee or a 5% cancellation fee if the order is cancelled after one week of ordering. The cancellation fee for a back-order saddle or item that is cancelled within 7 days of the order date is 5% to cover non refunded PayPal or credit card fees. An unused item will contain no scuffs, scratches, dirt or horse hair on the underskirt. Items must be returned with original packaging and tags. If the item is determined to be used, we will evaluate the condition and will assess a used value for the item and will process the refund accordingly.  Jopps Tack Inc will not accept any returns unless we first issue an RA number. Please call 1-386-761-4756 for any returns.

All shipping charges are not refundable.

*Please Note – We cannot accept returns for the following categories: DVDs, Books, Bits, Special Orders (customized items), large quantity orders, Clearance Items.

Exchanges

If you purchased an item you can exchange the unused item for a store credit minus the shipping charges within two weeks of receipt. An unused item will contain no scuffs, scratches, dirt or horsehair. Jopps Tack Inc. will not accept any exchanges unless we first issue an RA number. Please call 386-761-4756 for any exchanges. JoppsTack.com. does not offer free shipping for exchanged items and will charge the actual shipping fee to send the new item. Actual shipping charges for the original item will not be refunded.

Defective Items and Warranty Work

If you receive a defective item that is outside of the normal quality of the manufacturer or if you need warranty work, JoppsTack.com will either repair the item or replace the item with the same model number, color and size. We require a digital photograph of the defect to determine the condition of the item. Some problems can be fixed without sending the item back and forth. All warranty work must be within the manufacturer’s specified warranty period and is usually performed through the manufacturer.

Secure Ordering and your Privacy

We offer secure ordering through an accredited online e-commerce gateway provider which means that your credit card number  is safe and cannot be intercepted by a third-party during the transaction.

We do not collect any information about our customers to be sold or given to a third-party. We may occasionally send out flyers,  informational emails and coupons to active customers.

Back Ordered Items

If the item that you purchase is out of stock or back ordered it will ship as soon as it comes back into stock. Back ordered saddles may take 6 to 14 weeks depending on the manufacturer. If this is something that is of concern you can call us at the store before ordering to get an estimated ship time. If the order is cancelled within 7 days of being placed we can refund it minus a 3% fee to cover the Paypal or CC fees that they no longer refund to the merchant.
